Our founder started by creating a local business mowing lawns and doing landscaping and hauling services in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in the mid 1980’s.

After that he started several several businesses in Canada, Europe and Asia in several different industries with software and improving the customer experience being a common factor across the businesses.

In 2015, back in Alberta, he realized that lawn care and services had not evolved and saw an opportunity to improve the customer experience.

YardGenie was born and has been serving Alberta since.

In 2020 YardGenie made plans to expand to other provinces.

We look forward to serving customers several provinces this year in 2021.
